James Lynch Communications is a creatively strategic communications firm located in the Greater New York City area. With experience supporting professional and collegiate sports organizations, multiple U.S. presidential campaigns, and Fortune 500 companies, Lynch works with industry leaders to effectively communicate their news.
Prior to forming JLC, Lynch served on a team for Howard Schultz, former CEO of Starbucks, as he explored a potential 2020 U.S. independent presidential campaign. Before then, Lynch spent nearly a decade learning from former White House Press Secretary, Ari Fleischer, as part of his three-person boutique communications firm working with sports and corporate clients. James got his start by serving as part of the communications team on U.S. Senator John McCain’s 2008 U.S. presidential campaign.
Since 2004, Lynch has been affiliated with the American Legion Jersey Boys State program where he currently volunteers as Dean of Communications. James is a trustee of the New Jersey Boys State Foundation and serves as Secretary of the Foundation’s executive board.
James Lynch is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. He currently lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with his wife, Jaime, an elementary school teacher, and their son, Everett.
